Paul has 30 years IT business & leadership experience in a variety of roles including project manager, team leader, business manager and group manager with IT consultancies, ITN (TV News) & Reuters/Thompson (news & financial services). He left the corporate world in 2011, and worked for the Hornbeam Centre for 2 years on strategic development, promotion, fundraising and capacity building.

He has extensive experience within organisations largely managed & operated by volunteers including 3 years as chair of the London Cycling Campaign (LCC),  as Camden Cycling Campaign coordinator for 10 years, and a number of leadership & other roles in Waltham Forest (see below).

Paul has a Computer Science BSc (Hons) degree, and is a NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming) Master Practitioner. His skills encompass organisational development, staff & volunteer recruitment & support, training programme design & delivery, group facilitation, coaching, public speaking, event management & promotion, print & website design, and community engagement.
